It's time for the last one of my four Dance Legend polishes from the Wow Prism collection, which is #17 called Road to Nowhere. This one is a brownish scattered holo with brown and silver particles. Just like the other ones it has a fluid formula and needs two coats. Today's Dance Legend polish from their Wow Prism collection is #26 called Bullet For My Valentine. #26 is a beautiful scattered holo in a dark wine red with pink, red and silver holographic particles. This one needs two coats for a perfect finish and the formula is again a bit more fluid, but it still dries quite fast. I didn't use any base or top coat. Dance Legend: Wow Prism - #15 Quiet Riot

Around this time last year I reviewed a lot of fancy polishes from the Russian brand Dance Legend. I love this brand a lot for their never-ending creativity! They have thermo polishes with three colors and just a few days ago I learned about their Sahara top coat which turns normal polishes into textured ones. That's an awesome idea! You can find the review on this one over at Nailderella. I have one of these as well, but it will take a while until I can actually try it myself. So Dance Legend has sent me a lot of their polishes again and I'm very excited about all of them. I have swatched the first four polishes for this week, they're from their Wow Prism collection. 

Wow Prism is a collection of scattered holos and each bottle is sold for 13$, which is probably the only reason I don't own all of these already. For me the holographic effect was a bit difficult to photograph and I couldn't swatch all of them in the sun. I will start with #15 Quiet Riot because that's the one I'm wearing right now and I was able to take some pictures of the holographic effect on the way. Quiet Riot has a dark grey to black base with a lot of silver holographic particles, which result in a pretty pastel rainbow. It needs two coats to look its best and it dries quite fast. The formula was a bit runny though but it's not too bad. I didn't use a base or top coat. I'm wearing Quiet Riot for 3 days now (with top coat) and it still looks lovely. Born Pretty - Holographic Nail Polish #11 (Purple)

I was really curious to try today's nail polish! Born Pretty Store sent me one of their new holographic nail polishes to review and I chose the purple one, because I was yearning for a purple holo for quite some time now. This is #11 and it contains 6 ml for a price of 6.59 $, which is quite expensive. But #11 is definitely worth the money! I tried this with and without an aqua base and you can easily apply it without a special base, which is practical if you're new to holographic nail polish. Nonetheless I used my Nfu Oh Aqua Base as my base coat and then added two coats of polish for an opaque result. The formula is good and it dried very fast. The only thing that could be a problem with time, is that these don't have steel balls inside. On top is one coat of Essence BTGN Top Sealer.

Nfu Oh - 065 + Aqua Base

About a week ago I ordered my first ever holographic nail polish. I didn't like these for a long time and I thought they wouldn't fit my skin color anyway. But the longer I looked at all those swatches going around, the more I felt the need to have one of them. And then I suddenly wanted one really badly. So I looked around and decided to go for Nfu Oh because I heard good things about this brand and their holos. I ordered one bottle of the Aqua Base and one bottle of the blue holographic 065. I read that application without Aqua Base is horrible, so I wanted to be safe. I bought them at Chez Delaney for 9.50 Euro (065) and 8.60 (Base). So I used one coat of the Aqua Base which took quite some time to dry. I'd recommend about 10 to 15 minutes at least. On top I applied two coats of Nfu Oh - 065 and it dried really fast. On top is one coat of Essie - Good To Go. The Aqua Base makes cleaning up a bit tricky, since it is kind of glue-like.
